Shipping may be included with the price of an item. Larger items and custom items may require crating. These items will incur shipping expenses. Shipping expenses will be determined once the item is completed and approved by the customer. Shipping expenses will be collected prior to shipping. On occasion, a third-party vendor will be used to crate and ship the item.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. Refunds will be issued at that point. There are no refunds for custom orders.
