Maloof Style Maple Rocking Chair

Highly figured thick stock (2-3 inches) maple was used to create this Maloof style rocking chair. The contrasting wood is black walnut. Over 400 hours of time was used to create this one-of-a-kind piece. It is finished in an oil finish thus it will get deepen in color with time. This chair is created with hand tools primarily. All profits from the sale is given to a local charity.
